# Return & Refund Policy

At Baron Fragrances, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and are committed to ensuring every customer has a positive experience. We carefully craft and inspect each order before it is shipped, and we stand behind the products we offer.

## 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

* The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

* The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

* The bottle must not be excessively used.

* Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that have been significantly used, altered, intentionally damaged, or returned in a condition that prevents proper inspection.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

* Your order number

* Clear photos of the product

* Photos of the shipping box and packaging

* A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund when appropriate.

## Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

## Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are available only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

## Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

## Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Baron Fragrances cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend:

* Checking with household members or neighbors

* Looking around the delivery location

* Contacting the shipping carrier directly

* Filing a claim with the carrier when applicable

We will do our best to assist you with locating your shipment whenever possible.
