At Baron Fragrances, we stand behind the quality of every fragrance we create. Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we proudly offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The bottle must not be excessively used
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to deny refunds for products returned significantly used or intentionally damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund when applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Baron Fragrances is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
